More About Me

My childhood was very versatile with my loving Aai - Baba and Dada. I studied in 7 different Schools from Rural Areas to Cities; from Government Schools to Private Schools because of my father's job. So I was always making new friends in school and the neighborhood. During this phase, I came across the wide nature of Human Beings. This transience has benefited me in a lot of ways.

I have multiple hobbies but if i have to name a few, then after an audit, Trekking, Listening Music and Playing Games are more favored. I'm always ready for treks. I have realized a very valuable fact from trekking: "I'm a very teeny tiny living object in this universe, which can be compromised any minute, so burn your ego and live in the present." I have met many intelligent minds on treks.

My best paid friend is Spotify. I have spent many hours listening to Songs. I listen to it while dealing with Math sums, During Submissions, traveling and even while creating this Portfolio. I like Coldplay, One Direction, A. R. Rehman, Avicii, The Weekend ...... and this list goes on. I'm more of a musical guy, so there are South Indian, Nepali, Spanish, Dutch, French songs in my ‘Liked Songs’ playlist even though I can't understand a single word of it. My favorite movies are "Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara'' which teaches how to live in the moment and "Interstellar" which states the definition of a Perfect Movie. I have watched sitcoms, webseries and many movies of many genres especially Comedy Drama, Suspense, Mystery, Science Fiction and History.

I don't have any role models. But I get inspired by the qualities of many leaders. I always seek to learn new things. I don't care who it is teaching me unless it is valuable. I always try to maintain Decisiveness, Ethics, Trustworthiness and Appreciation within myself. My strong and weak point is that I never accept a thought if it isn't logically proven, that's why i hate subject of Exceptions i.e. Chemistry.

I like to share my thoughts with my family and friends and get their views. It helps me to get to know different perspectives on things. My Aai taught me to think emotionally, learnt practical thinking from Baba and how to integrate this, I learnt from my Dada.

I primarily aim to master Web Development. I was introduced to the basics of web development in my junior college life. After 12th, I worked on a project on WebFlow, which is basically a drag and drop way of building websites, but it helped me to understand frontend development terms. As my Interest grew in it, I utilized the Covid 19 lockdown period to learn the HTML, CSS and JS language and later fell in love with the Bootstrap framework. During the course, I practiced Clean and Readable coding. I always use commenting for better understanding.

I was getting good at frontend development and it helped in my college projects. I have worked on the Gym and School Management System in my 3rd and 4th Semester of Engineering journey. I explored jQuery, JSP and JDBC for a Gym Management Website. In the School Management System, I explored the Django framework.

In my 5th semester, I created a website under a project named "TCS Quiz WebApp" for our college. I used the Bootstrap framework along with PHP. This was the first project in which I handled backend along with frontend single handedly. In this project, I used my MySQL knowledge effectively.

During the college curriculum, my friends and I participated in SIH Hackathon 2022. Our problem title was "Promoting Fitness through Gamification". Our solution idea was to create an android game and connect it to gym machinery and google Fit app (Any fitness tracker Application). Sadly, The project wasn't completed because of time constraints and a lot to learn but on the positive side, it gave me a peek at the functioning of Unreal Engine for Game Development, Android Studio, Google APIs and Firebase.

I learned C in the college curriculum and Python on my own. I was introduced to competitive programming. As I like challenges, I try to solve programming problems with time and space constraints in my free time in college practical lab sessions. The satisfaction after coding very difficult problems was incredible. It helped me to grow the power of brainstorming.
